If you wish to pay via credit card you may print, complete and fax a credit card authorization form or you may call us at 404-348-4678 to order by phone.

Sales Tax - Georgia Residents

You must add the appropriate county sales tax if you are purchasing for a location in the state of Georgia.

Purchase Order Format

Please make sure that purchase orders contain the following information:

• Allocated for:

• The words “Purchase Order” or “Order”
• Your organization’s name and/or logo
• Order date
• Your Billing Address
• Billing department contact name and phone number
• Shipping Address (not a PO Box)
• Email address (for licensing database)
• Company phone number
• Invoice Terms (net 30 or lower)
• Authorizing signature
• Product Quantity, Part Number, Description and Price
